Shipping 

Due to varying state laws, wine and spirits cannot be shipped to every state. The map indicates which states we are allowed to ship to.  Only the states colored in orange allow shipments of wine and liquor; states colored in white and any other areas not shown do not.  Our online store will not allow the selection of states or countries not shown below.  We do not ship internationally. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages.  ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED.  By placing your order with GoBuyWine you have represented that you are atleast 21. All alcoholic beverages that we ship on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age.  If there is no one home during the day please do not ship to your home.  FEDEX will NOT let a neighbor or anyone not at the shipping address to receive your package.

Returns – Alcoholic Beverages

Laws governing the sale of alcoholic beverages in the state of Delaware state that alcoholic beverages may not be returned.  GoBuyWine will only take product back if an item is incorrect (ie. wrong vintage, wrong size, etc.).

Returns – Non Alcoholic Products

Return of non alcoholic items is at the expense of the purchaser unless items arrive damaged.  In the event that items are damaged GoBuyWine will provide return shipping.  Returned items must have the original receipt with them and be returned within 30 days.  Items returned after 30 days will be refunded at the current selling price.  No returns will be accepted after 60 days.  Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.  If you paid with an online gift card the amount will be returned in the form of a new online gift card.
